Hello, my name is Tristan Perez. I aman Eastern Connecticut State University graduate from East Haven, CT.I majored in New Media Studies with a visual arts concentration with a minor in film studies. Ever since I was little watching movies was hobby of mine. Me and my brother would quote lines from our favorite movies and as I got older, I’ve always dreamed to see my name in the credits of a film. Once I attended college and started to take course in film, I fell in love with both the production and postproduction process of making a film. In this project I’ve gained the experience I’ve always longed for since after graduating the Covid virus put the world on halt. Throughout the hero challenge I met a lot of creative minds like myself and became a part of a group that felt more like a family at the end of everything. My group welcomed me with open arms and put their faith in me when it came to my role. In this project I helped with camera work during the production phase and completed the final edits for our film with the help of a few others. I really enjoyed this challenge and I loved being a part of the Jaigantic crew.
