About

Born in California, my parents soon returned to their home state of Connecticut. Raised in Milford, I had an interest in movies and television at a very young age due to my family's love of film. I grew up with parents and grandparents who know all the actors and could spot them on any talk show or magazine. My grandfather provided me with the classic films from Turner Classic Movies and my parents were the ones I watched all the mordern films with. I began experimenting with mother's video camera and creating these one-shot shorts with my friends. From there, I participated in my middle school's drama club but became more interested in what was going on behind the scenes and later, behind the camera. I went to Keene State College in Keene, New Hampshire and studied film production, film analysis and broadcast journalism. My time at Keene was wonderful and I joined a fraternity and met a lot of great people who I am still in touch with today. About a year after graduating in 2016, I moved to Rhode Island. After working several different jobs, I was recruited by an old friend and asked to work at WJAR-NBC10, the number one-rated news station in Southern New England. I immeadiately accepted and worked there for the last three and a half years as a master contorl operator and floor director while also learning news photography and newscast directing. During that time, I was a volunteer for two years at the Sundance Film Festival and worked on several personal projects on my own including short videos and podcasts. I am an aspiring screenwriter looking to take my ideas and stories to the professional level.
