Hello, beautiful creative humans! My name is Catherine MacKay, a recent graduate of Bucknell University, where I studied Theatre, Music, and Arts Leadership. I currently reside in New Haven, CT. I am a versatile artist with a lifelong passion for storytelling. I believe storytelling is a power means of human connection and a catalyst for societal change, provoking us to grapple with the past, contemplate the present, and imagine the future. I love surrounding myself with creative people and deeply value collaboration, teamwork, relationship building and community building. I am fueled by uplifting and facilitating the success of others.

Growing up, I primarily pursued storytelling through the medium of theatre, but within the last few years I’ve developed a strong interest in film & TV production. I believe the diverse skillset I acquired through theatre is very transferable. I am an actor, stage manager, dramaturg, musician, director, and playwright. I am proud of the many hats I wear, and the various perspectives they enable me to bring to any project I work on. It is important to me to be multifaceted and understand the craft of every department. I live for the fast pace high-pressure nature of the industry, the late nights, and the excitement of pitching in wherever necessary to bring a story to life for audiences.
